June Community Workout

Our next Free Community Workout is coming up on Saturday, June 7th at 10:00am! During this free workout we will expose you to the methodology and fundamentals of CrossFit as well as a basic CrossFit workout! This hour long session will consist of an introduction to CrossFit, teaching you some technique, a warm-up, a work-out, and finally a cool down. This intro session will be educational but most of all FUN, so no excuses! Please contact us for more details on this once a month event!
