FREE TRIAL WEEK
Come try out a week of our Cave Cardio classes for FREE! During this week you can come check out our facility while you focus on movements that will promote cardio, muscle tone, flexibility and agility in a fun, energetic environment. After your trial week, you can continue with our 3-class series of beginning CrossFit classes called Elements which will get you ready to join our mixed level CrossFit classes and specialty classes or you can register for an exclusive Cave Cardio only membership.
To sign up for your Trial Week please click the sign up button to create an account. Select and purchase the FREE TRIAL WEEK CARDIO option and then enroll into any Cave Cardio class. Arrive a few minutes early to fill out a waiver, and we'll take care of the rest!

To get started in our CrossFit program you must first complete Elements. At Cave CrossFit, we not only want to make sure that you get the safest, most effective workout, but that you're part of the Cave CrossFit Community before you start your first group class. Coached by a Cave CrossFit trainer and delivered in small group sessions, CrossFit Elements is designed to get you to your first class with the knowledge you need to be successful.

Programs
Cave Cardio
Cave Cardio is a great program for those looking to increase their metabolic conditioning. This is a great class to enhance CrossFit classes or can be used as a stand-alone class for those looking to get in a non-stop, hour of conditioning training. This 60-minute class focuses on movements that promote cardio, muscle tone, flexibility and agility in a fun, energetic environment! Cave Cardio-only memberships are available without taking Element classes.
Cave Elements (Required for CrossFit/Specialty Classes only)
To get started in our CrossFit Program you must first complete Elements. At Cave CrossFit, we not only want to make sure that you get the safest, most effective workout, but that you're part of the Cave CrossFit Community before you start your first group class. Coached by a Cave CrossFit trainer and delivered in small group sessions, CrossFit Elements is designed to get you to your first class with the knowledge you need to be successful. After completing the three Elements classes you can sign up for any of our programs below!
Cave CrossFit
This co-ed class is for members of all levels of CrossFit. Whether you just finished your elements or are a fire-breather, this class is for you! A normal CrossFit class consists of a dynamic warm-up, learning technique, strength work or working on a skill, followed by a workout and cool down session. All athletes must have taken Elements before entering this class.
Cave Barbell
This 1.5-hour class will deal with the methodologies, theories, and practice of Olympic Lifting (Snatch & Clean+Jerk) as well as the various transfer exercises and movements that will help lifters of all levels improve their speed, strength, and power. Free for Unlimited members, $25 drop-in for all others. All athletes must have taken Elements before entering this class.
Cave Gymnastics
This 1-hour class will help athletes improve their body awareness and core strength by teaching gymnastic positioning and emphasizing movement progressions that will help build athletes strength, balance and coordination. Class will put technique into practice through workouts that deal with movements learned in that session. Free for Unlimited members, $25 drop-in for all others. All athletes must have taken Elements before entering this class.
Cave XFlow
Rest. Recover. Restore. XFlow is a mobility program with a pretty simple mission- Lengthen the workaholic muscles. Strengthen the weak and lazy ones. Create optimum movement patterns. Train to avoid pain. Think bands, balls and foam rollers in this restorative class.
Cave Stretch
This one hour “yoga" class will focus on poses being held for 3-5 minutes, stretching deep muscle tissue and fascia. All poses are seated or reclined. This is a great compliment for your CrossFit training, anyone with extra tight muscles, or those that need some extra help with reducing stress or anxiety. Suitable for all levels.
Cave PT
Need some extra attention or want to work on something specific with our knowledgeable trainers? Personal training sessions are great for those that either are not ready to join our mixed level classes or simply want to push themselves in a smaller environment. We can tailor Personal Training to help you achieve your goals whether they be to lose weight, gain muscle, or build strength.
